Over the years I've developed an intimate knowledge and appreciation of and for my territory. Each city, town and community has a distinctive culture as well as its own unique set of resources, (contractors, professional services, etc.), which are necessary to achieve a firm and mutually agreeable resolution to a claim. I am continually augmenting my knowledge base through education in the interest of improving the claims experience for my clients and their policyholders.
